Try out a Tai Chi class in the comfort of your own home - via Zoom!
Tai Chi, offered by the Berlin Council on Aging, is a free class every Tuesday from 1pm-2pm. Just click on the link below before 1:00 to sign on and explore this wonderful form of gentle exercise. 
Tai chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Tai Chi movements are commonly done while standing or seated, not on the floor. When practiced regularly, it can help your strength, balance, and mental and physical health.
