The Library Interest Group explores area libraries each week and once a month, enjoys a lunch or dinner together at a nearby restaurant. (Member and Volunteers pay for their own meals.)

 

There is so much to enjoy at these libraries! Most have old historic sections with beautiful architectural features, wood paneling, stained glass, and/or sculptural features, plus more modern additions with expansive book, video, DVD, and magazine collections. Some have special historic or art collections, as well. They are community treasures and provide a wealth of programming for you to enjoy - knitting groups, book groups, special presentations, music. We invite all Nashoba Neighbors Members and Volunteers to join in this interest group and get to know your local libraries. If you have a library card, you can check our materials from each of these libraries and easily return them to your local library. So convenient!
